It controls all aspects of phone right from mobile display, app performance, battery life, camera quality,etc. There are many companies which specialise in processor production. The core is the cell. They transmit information and make the processor work. Technology has now developed and created single-core, dual-core,quad-core, hexa-core and octa-core. The core plays a major role in the performance of the phone.
